Etihad Airways carried 2.1 million passengers in November, reflecting a 28 per cent increase compared to the same month last year and marking the airline’s highest monthly traffic level recorded so far in 2025.
Operational performance remained strong during the month, with the airline reporting a passenger load factor of 89 per cent, underscoring sustained demand across its network.
Between January and November 2025, Etihad transported a total of 20.2 million passengers, representing a 20 per cent year-on-year rise, while maintaining an average load factor of 88 per cent over the eleven-month period.
Network expansion continued in November with the launch of new routes to Tunis, Hanoi, Chiang Mai, Hong Kong and Medina, supporting ongoing passenger growth and strengthening inbound travel flows to Abu Dhabi.
By the end of November, Etihad’s fleet had expanded to 124 aircraft, up from 98 aircraft in the same month last year, highlighting the airline’s accelerated growth trajectory.
The fleet increase included the addition of four A321LR aircraft during the month, reinforcing continued investment in capacity expansion and network development.
Antonoaldo Neves, Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Airways, said the performance reflects the sustained efforts of the airline’s teams, disciplined network growth and ongoing investment in the product, positioning Etihad strongly as it enters the final month of the year.
