Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) has reaffirmed its commitment to distributing dividends to shareholders twice a year since its listing on the Dubai Financial Market in November 2022.

Dividend Distributions Since Listing
Ahmad Bin Shafar, Chief Executive Officer of Empower, said the company’s rising profitability reflects the success of its expansion and innovation strategy while supporting commitments made to shareholders.
He added that improved profitability has been accompanied by the expansion of projects within the company’s portfolio and increased operational efficiency.
In 2023, Empower’s General Assembly approved cash dividends of AED850 million, distributed in two equal instalments of AED425 million in April and October. The payout fulfilled the company’s commitment to semi-annual dividend distributions during the first two financial years after listing.
