Emirates Stallions Group (ESG) and Q Holding have teamed up to launch “Century Village,” a joint venture aimed at developing and overseeing a staff accommodation project worth AED 320M on Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem Island.
This collaborative effort reflects the shared commitment of ESG and Q Holding to provide high-quality and comprehensive housing solutions for employees in various industries. The project aims to create an innovative co-living community that caters to the diverse housing requirements of professionals working in sectors like healthcare, transportation, hospitality, and beyond, according to WAM.

The selection of GBH International Contracting as the primary contractor for the construction of the Reem Hills Staff Accommodation project in Century Village has taken place. Royal Development Company (RDC) appointed GBH International Contracting as the development management company for this significant project a year ago.
Over the past 12 months, RDC has undertaken crucial groundwork, including feasibility studies, design development, construction planning, procurement procedures, and other essential tasks. Their diligent efforts have ensured the smooth progress of the project.
