Emirates has affirmed its dedication to the Republic of Korea, announcing an enhancement in its operations in Seoul with the introduction of three extra weekly flights from 19th February 2024.
The newly introduced flights, identified as EK324/EK325, are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Operated by a Boeing 777-300ER, the outbound EK324 will depart Dubai at 0445hrs, reaching Seoul Incheon International Airport at 1805hrs. The return leg, EK325, will take off from Seoul at 2200hrs, touching down in Dubai at 0315hrs the following day.
Emirates’ augmented services will raise the seating capacity on Dubai-Seoul flights by more than 1,000 seats per week. This move aims to address the pent-up demand for international travel to one of East Asia’s most sought-after destinations and bolster Korea’s tourism, both inbound and outbound.
Since initiating services to Seoul in 2005, Emirates has maintained a daily Airbus A380 connection from Dubai. With these additional flights, the airline will elevate its Seoul presence to 10 weekly flights, featuring a combination of its iconic Airbus A380 and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, according to WAM.
This expansion ensures increased flexibility and options for passengers traveling to and from Dubai and connecting to the airline’s extensive global network spanning over 130 destinations.
