Dubai’s Emirates has significantly broadened its global reach, offering flights to over 1,700 destinations through strategic partnerships. These alliances have been vital for seamless connectivity, customer loyalty, and market expansion.
In 2023, Emirates formed 16 new partnerships, including codeshares with Avianca and Batik Air Malaysia and interline agreements with Sri Lankan Airlines, Condor, flynas, Siberia Airlines, and Kenya Airways. This network supports over 61,000 passengers weekly.
The carrier’s global network now includes 31 codeshare agreements, 118 interline arrangements, and 13 rail and helicopter services across more than 100 countries. Connections to European cities are enhanced through rail partnerships with Trenitalia, Renfe, OBB, and SJ, and helicopter flights between Nice and Monaco are offered through an interline agreement with BLADE.
Emirates’ 162 global partners offer improved connectivity, seamless itineraries, efficient baggage handling, frequent flyer benefits, and lounge access. The airline’s partnership with flydubai extends to over 230 destinations with 275 daily codeshare flights. Emirates customers can access over 90 unique flydubai destinations.
Further, alliances with Maldivian and Pro Flight Zambia provide access to additional destinations, while partnerships with United, Air Canada, and Qantas offer unparalleled reach to over 350 destinations in the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand, with expanded connections and loyalty benefits.
