The UAE Pro League has announced a new sponsorship deal with Emaar Properties, with Emaar set to be the title sponsor of the UAE Super Cup from the 2024-2025 season.
The sponsorship will extend over four seasons, and the competition will be renamed the “Emaar Super Cup.”
The partnership was officially launched on Thursday, 12th September, at a private event in Dubai.
The ceremony was attended by Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar, and Abdulla Naser Al Jneibi, Chairman of the UAE Pro League.
Mohamed Alabbar commented, “It is an honour for Emaar to sponsor the UAE Super Cup. This partnership highlights our strong commitment to supporting sports and promoting a healthier, more active community. The Emaar Super Cup represents more than just a football event; it reflects our ongoing dedication to the UAE’s sustainable growth and development.”
Al Jneibi acknowledged the UAE’s leadership for their role in advancing the nation’s football success, saying, “Each achievement in Emirati football is supported by the steadfast dedication of our wise leadership, who have consistently backed our athletes in reaching their goals. We are delighted to have Emaar as the title sponsor of the Super Cup.”
