Elite Group Holding has signed a musataha agreement to build a 1 million square foot integrated facility in Dubai Industrial City, valued at AED 100M ($27.2M). This project aims to drive growth in the UAE’s automotive and e-commerce sectors, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainable business practices.
Scheduled to be operational by Q2 2026, the facility will act as a central hub for Elite Group’s subsidiaries, including The Elite Cars, a luxury car dealership with exclusive partnerships, ZRT Contracting, and ART Elite Car Rental. The hub will cater to domestic and international markets, supporting the company’s expansion and future-focused strategy.
Saud Abu Alshawareb, Executive Vice President of Industrial at TECOM Group, and Tamer Abu Khalaf, Partner of Elite Group Holding, formalised the agreement.
Alshawareb highlighted the role of the new facility in bolstering Dubai’s position as a leading industrial hub, while Khalaf emphasised Elite Group’s vision for sustainability and innovation in electric vehicles and digital transformation.
Located near Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and Etihad Rail, the facility benefits from excellent connectivity. Dubai Industrial City, part of TECOM Group’s portfolio, is home to over 1,100 companies and 350 operational factories, offering advanced infrastructure and sector-specific zones to support industrial growth and efficiency.
