Elite Group Holding has unveiled plans to develop a state-of-the-art AED 100 million ($27.2 million) integrated facility at Dubai Industrial City, marking a significant step in its expansion into the UAE’s automotive and e-commerce sectors.
The agreement to build the 1-million-square-foot facility was formalized through a musataha agreement with Dubai Industrial City, part of TECOM Group’s extensive business ecosystem. The project is expected to become operational by Q2 2026, acting as a strategic hub for Elite Group’s operations both locally and internationally.
Supporting Key Growth Sectors
This investment reinforces Elite Group Holding’s commitment to driving innovation in the automotive industry and e-commerce sector, aligning with Dubai’s economic vision. The facility will support the company’s subsidiaries, including The Elite Cars, ZRT Contracting, ART Elite Car Rental, and others. The Elite Cars, for instance, is known for its partnerships with luxury automotive brands such as Zenvo Automotive, Jetour, and SOUEAST.
Tamer Abu Khalaf, Partner at Elite Group Holding, shared his optimism about the expansion:
“We are excited and optimistic about the future as we enter a new phase of growth and expansion. This investment marks a pivotal step in broadening our footprint across key sectors and solidifying our presence in this dynamic region.
“Dubai Industrial City aligns perfectly with our vision to innovate and lead in industries shaping tomorrow’s economy, offering a centre of excellence to drive efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across our operations.”
A Boost for Dubai’s Industrial Vision
The facility will play a pivotal role in supporting Dubai Industrial City’s goals, which are part of broader strategies such as Operation 300bn, “Make it in the Emirates,” and the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
Saud Abu Alshawareb, Executive Vice President of Industrial at TECOM Group, remarked:
“Elite Group Holding’s investment at Dubai Industrial City underscores the growing confidence in the UAE’s robust business ecosystem and its attractiveness for companies seeking to expand their regional footprint.
“The automotive industry’s pursuit for innovation is fuelling economic activity, attracting investment, and creating new skill-based jobs.”
Ideal Location and Infrastructure
Situated close to Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, Etihad Rail freight terminal, and major highways, the facility will leverage Dubai Industrial City’s world-class infrastructure. The hub is part of TECOM Group’s portfolio, which includes prominent business zones such as Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, and Dubai Design District.
Dubai Industrial City has long been a cornerstone of the UAE’s manufacturing and logistics sectors, hosting more than 1,100 businesses and 350 operational factories. Its focus on resource efficiency and sustainability ensures a supportive environment for innovation-driven companies like Elite Group Holding.
