Emirates Driving Company (EDC), a subsidiary of Multiply Group PJSC, has entered into an agreement to acquire a 22.5% stake in Mwasalat Holdings LLC, with the potential to raise its ownership to 50.6%, subject to the fulfilment of specific conditions and regulatory approvals.
This strategic investment represents a significant step in EDC’s long-term expansion strategy, strengthening its position as a leader in mobility, driving innovation, and extending its contribution to safe, seamless, and sustainable transport across the UAE and the broader region.
