Dubai’s real estate market saw 505 sales transactions worth AED1.06 B on Tuesday. In addition, 55 mortgage deals were signed worth AED82.22 M, and 25 gift deals totaling AED86.73 M were made.
The sales included 463 homes and apartments worth AED888.26 M. Additionally, 42 land plots were sold for a total of AED175.01 M. Today, the bank completed 45 villas and apartments worth AED65.85 million, as well as 10 land plots worth AED16.37 million. This makes the total real estate transactions worth over AED1.2 B.
