Dubai, UAE – May 27, 2024 – DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) and Signature Developers have joined forces to launch W Residences, a high-end residential project situated in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).
The 32-story development will boast 200 exclusive apartments and is slated for construction to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024. The project is a collaboration between DMCC, Signature Developers, and Marriott International.
