Dubai reports real estate deals worth over $653 million

According to data supplied by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 842 sales transactions for AED1.96 billion on Thursday, along with 112 mortgage deals worth AED487.55 million and 17 gift deals totaling AED30.97 billion.
More than AED 2.4 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 769 villas and apartments for AED 1.76 billion, mortgages of 81 villas and flats worth AED 429.3 million, and sales of 73 land plots worth AED 195.5 million.
