According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 505 sales transactions worth AED1.56 B on Monday, along with 98 mortgage deals totaling AED288.26 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED330.1 M.
The sales included 45 land plots at AED298.77 M and 460 homes and apartments totaling AED1.26 B, according to WAM. The mortgages included 21 land plots valued at AED85.97 M and 77 houses and flats worth AED202.3 M, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.1 B.
