On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw 401 sales for AED1.69 billion, 77 mortgage deals worth AED324.64 million, and 13 gift deals totaling AED132.47 million, according to figures supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
In total, 373 villas and apartments for AED687.26 million, 28 land plots worth AED1 billion, and 51 villas and flats worth AED81.37 million were sold and mortgaged today, increasing the total value of real estate transactions to almost AED2.1 billion.
