Dubai’s property market showed 436 sales transactions worth 971.4 million on Tuesday.
Data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed Tuesday that there were 101 mortgage deals worth AED1.38 billion and 17 gift deals worth AED55.13 million.
Sales included 360 villas and apartments valued at AED 738.88 million, 76 lots valued at AED 232.51 million, and mortgages included 88 villas, and apartments valued at AED 1.24 million, 100 million.
The total value of property transactions exceeded AED, including 13 Land plots worth AED 147.64 million making a total of 2.4 billion today.
