Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) has released data indicating that on Thursday, Dubai realty saw a total of 533 sales transactions, with a value of AED 1.24B. The market also saw 129 mortgage deals worth AED 239.19M, and 21 gift deals amounting to AED 21.52M.
The sales were primarily comprised of 489 villas and apartments, with a total value of AED 1.02B, as well as 44 land plots, worth AED 224.57M, according to WAM.
The mortgage deals included 110 villas and apartments worth AED 216.65M and 19 land plots valued at AED 22.55M. In total, the day’s realty transactions in Dubai exceeded AED 1.5B.
