According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai witnessed 391 sales transactions worth AED 1.27B, along with 59 mortgage deals worth AED 950.33M and 14 gift deals worth AED 28.56M on Monday.
The sales involved 352 villas and apartments worth AED 978B, and 39 land plots worth AED 291.56M.
The mortgage deals included 47 villas and apartments valued at AED 905.56M, and 12 land plots worth AED 44.77M, bringing the total realty transactions for the day to over AED 2.2B.
