According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), Dubai Real Estate recorded a total of 504 sales transactions worth AED 1.34B, along with 98 mortgage deals worth AED 1.26B, and 23 gift deals amounting to AED 269.13M on Tuesday.
The sales comprised 471 villas and apartments worth AED 954.05M, and 33 land plots worth AED 382.44M. Meanwhile, the mortgage deals involved 84 villas and apartments worth AED 1.15B and 14 land plots valued at AED 112.62M, according to WAM.
Overall, the total value of real estate transactions in Dubai on Tuesday exceeded AED 2.8B.
