According to the data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the Dubai real estate market witnessed significant activity on Monday. A total of 638 sales transactions were recorded, amounting to AED 1.79B. Additionally, there were 116 mortgage deals worth AED 188.46M and 17 gift deals totaling AED 29.45M.
The sales transactions comprised 599 villas and apartments valued at AED 1.45B, along with 39 land plots valued at AED 335.3M, according to WAM.
The mortgage deals consisted of 91 villas and apartments worth AED 148.57M and 25 land plots valued at AED 39.89M. Overall, the total value of real estate transactions on that day exceeded AED 2B.
