The Dubai real estate sector saw transactions exceed AED 14.65B ($4B) last week, as per the latest data from the Land Department.
Sales were the main contributor, totalling AED 10.93B ($3B), according to the Land Department’s figures.
Between 19th and 23rd August, a total of 3,530 sales transactions were recorded.
Dubai real estate highlights for the week
Noteworthy sales listed on the Land Department’s website included:
- An apartment in Vela by Omniyat sold for AED 42.9M ($11.7M)
- An apartment in Six Senses Residence The Palm sold for AED 32.8M ($8.9M)
- An apartment in Eden House The Canal sold for AED 30M ($8.1M)
The Land Department also reported mortgage transactions amounting to AED 2.63B ($716.1M) last week.
Additionally, gift transactions during the same period were valued at AED 1.09B ($297M).
