According to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw a total of 395 sales transactions on Tuesday, amounting to AED 1.02B. Additionally, there were 86 mortgage deals totaling AED 418.13M and 27 gift deals worth AED 37.78M.
Out of the sales transactions, 360 were for villas and apartments worth AED 673.91M, while the remaining 35 were for land plots valued at AED 348.11M, according to WAM.
The mortgage deals included 67 villas and apartments worth AED 265.64M, as well as 19 land plots valued at AED 152.49M. All in all, the total real estate transactions for the day exceeded AED 1.4B.
