According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), Dubai Real Estate Sector saw 526 sales transactions on Wednesday, totaling AED 1.16B. Additionally, there were 89 mortgage deals worth AED 628.25M and 19 gift deals worth AED 96.75M.
Of the sales, 493 villas and apartments worth AED 979.03M were sold along with 33 land plots valued at AED 179.51M, according to WAM.
The mortgage deals included 70 villas and apartments worth AED 416.91M and 19 land plots worth AED 211.34M, bringing the total value of the day’s transactions to over AED 1.8B.
