On Tuesday, Dubai real estate market witnessed substantial activity as data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) revealed a total of 512 sales transactions valued at AED1.39B. In addition to that, there were 98 mortgage deals amounting to AED 562.97M and 23 gift deals totaling AED 59.9M.
Among the sales transactions, 463 were for villas and apartments, with a cumulative worth of AED 1.08B. Additionally, 49 land plots were sold for a total value of AED 315.57M, according to WAM.
In terms of mortgages, 80 transactions involved villas and apartments, accounting for AED 185.48M. Furthermore, 18 land plots were part of mortgage deals with a combined value of AED 377.49M.
