As per the data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 469 sales transactions worth AED1.29 billion on Tuesday, along with 77 mortgage deals totaling AED190.01 million and 8 gift deals totaling AED26.82 million.
More than AED1.5 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 438 villas and apartments worth AED976.46 million, mortgages of 47 villas and flats for AED109.29 million, and purchases of 30 land plots worth AED80.72 million.
