The meeting, led by Major General Expert Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, addressed feedback and queries from partners, addressing challenges expected during upcoming events and securing venues for fireworks displays. Discussions encompassed Dubai Tourist Police procedures and security arrangements at residential communities.
Reviewing collaborative security plans, we ensured the safety of attendees across Dubai during celebrations. Major General Al Mansouri emphasized the significance of collaboration, especially in managing traffic flow, a major challenge due to the anticipated large crowds.

Dubai Police’s Events Security Committee, alongside the Dubai Police Resilience Centre, conducted a scenario-based exercise for New Year’s Eve preparedness. Major General Rashid Khalifa Al Falasi highlighted the exercise’s strategic goals in assessing entities’ readiness.
