Dubai has rolled out a significant update to its public parking subscription system with the introduction of 15 new and revised categories. The overhaul aims to give residents and visitors more flexible options across residential, commercial and developing neighbourhoods. With this expansion, users now have wider access to budget-friendly choices designed to match different mobility needs across the city.
The new structure offers subscription prices beginning at Dh100 per month, which applies to students and employees of private educational institutions. Meanwhile, the highest tier reaches Dh500 per month for side-street and open-yard parking. This adjustment streamlines the system while helping frequent commuters choose the most suitable plan.
Quarterly Bundles Offer Added Value
A set of new quarterly bundles has also been introduced to support users seeking longer-term convenience. Among them is a Dh1,400 three-month package covering locations such as Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Hills. This bundle breaks down to roughly Dh467 per month, giving regular visitors to these areas a practical alternative to monthly renewal. The updates aim to improve accessibility while making parking costs easier to manage for different user groups.
More Flexibility Across Side-Streets and Yard Zones
The expanded subscription system now includes broader access to side-street and yard parking across several zones, starting from Dh500 per month. Subscribers are allowed to register up to three vehicles under a single traffic file, making the plans suitable for daily commuting, shopping trips or multi-car households. The updated categories are expected to enhance mobility across key districts and ensure smoother parking experiences for residents and visitors.
