Dubai’s real estate agents are in line for training and listing support on major online platforms, courtesy of a new agreement with the Dubai Land Department.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has partnered with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle, aiming to empower local talents and enhance awareness within the city’s real estate sector.
These collaborations intend to create an outstanding real estate training environment, focusing on service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the advancement of services in line with industry best practices.
Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, stressed the department’s dedication to empowering citizens in the real estate market, aligning with directives to integrate Emiratis and increase their participation in the private sector.
He commented, “Our partnership with these leading entities underscores our commitment to providing citizens with specialised training and development opportunities.”
Free Property Listings and Awareness Plans
As part of these partnerships, newly licensed citizens working as real estate agents can promote their properties for free during the first year on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
The agreements also involve raising awareness among real estate investors, property owners, and stakeholders through awareness plans and disseminating real estate knowledge.

Cherif Sleiman, Chief Revenue Officer at Property Finder, expressed pride in the partnership, serving as a stepping stone for new UAE national agents.
Haider Khan, CEO of Bayut and Dubizzle, highlighted their commitment to empowering and encouraging Emiratis in the real estate sector.
Specialised Training Programs
According to the agreements, specialised training programs will be devised and executed to bolster localisation endeavours, facilitating citizens’ employment or entrepreneurship ventures. This includes seminars, workshops, and real estate conferences addressing pertinent issues within the market.
