Dubai Holding, a diversified global investment enterprise with a presence in over 30 countries, has signed a strategic agreement with Select Group—a prominent multidisciplinary real estate development and investment firm—and its longstanding joint venture partner, Emirates Strategic Investments Company LLC (ESIC). The partnership will see the development of landmark projects at two of Dubai’s most iconic destinations: Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Design District (d3).
This landmark agreement represents Dubai Holding’s first strategic land transaction with a third-party developer at Palm Jebel Ali. It highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to unlocking long-term value across its world-class master-planned communities. The collaboration reflects a shared ambition to create dynamic neighbourhoods that further reinforce Dubai’s status as a global destination of choice.
Under the agreement, Select Group will undertake the development and delivery of two transformative, large-scale projects. At Palm Jebel Ali, the company will introduce premium residential and hospitality offerings that set a new benchmark for luxury waterfront living. The d3 project, in turn, will evolve into a vibrant mixed-use community—integrating culture, innovation, and contemporary urban living in one of the city’s most creative quarters.
