The Dubai Charity Association has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) as part of their joint efforts to enhance community collaboration and support the nation’s development.
The purpose of the agreement is to establish collaborative work and coordination to achieve shared objectives and goals that benefit their programmes. It sets a common framework for adopting initiatives and coordinating efforts to support the housing sector and assist deserving housing cases.
Ahmed Al Suwaidi, the Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Association, signed the agreement on behalf of the Association, while Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, the Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, signed on behalf of the Establishment. The signing ceremony took place at the MBRHE headquarters, attended by several directors and officials from both organizations.
The agreement aims to support the housing sector by examining and aiding the cases of the Emergency Committee and housing needs. It also includes providing locations for electronic donation boxes and clothing containers at the MBRHE headquarters and its associated housing complexes to collect donations and clothing. Furthermore, the agreement entails participating in initiatives, charitable campaigns, and exhibitions organized by both the association and the establishment throughout the year.
Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Association, commented, “We are pleased to collaborate with the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, which plays a pioneering and positive role in the housing sector in Dubai through comprehensive and sustainable housing services, grounded in urban development that ensures family and community stability through adequate housing.”
