On 1st June 2025, the Dubai International Chamber, operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, inaugurated its 36th international representative office in Bangkok, Thailand. This new establishment is set to enhance economic ties between Dubai and Thailand by attracting businesses and investments from the Thai market.
The Bangkok office aims to provide Thai companies with comprehensive support to explore opportunities in Dubai, facilitating their expansion into the Middle East and beyond. It will offer market intelligence, business matchmaking services, and guidance on establishing operations in Dubai.
This initiative aligns with the ‘Dubai Global’ strategy, which seeks to establish 50 international representative offices by 2030 to promote Dubai as a global business hub. The Bangkok office is a significant step towards achieving this goal, reflecting Dubai’s commitment to fostering international trade and investment partnerships.
The opening ceremony was attended by key officials and business leaders from both Dubai and Thailand, underscoring the mutual interest in strengthening bilateral economic relations. The new office is expected to serve as a catalyst for increased trade volumes and collaborative ventures between the two regions.
