Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd, a prominent global aviation services company, has today announced the signing of a definitive agreement with K2 Aviation, a firm specialising in mid- to end-of-life aviation investments, to sell seven Airbus and Boeing aircraft currently leased to six airline clients.
Additionally, DAE has entered into an agreement with K2 Aviation to act as the servicer for these assets. As part of the deal, DAE will provide lease and credit management, aircraft remarketing, asset disposition, and management services to K2 Aviation.

It also extends our valued relationship with DAE, with whom we have worked for many years.” K2 Aviation plans to continue expanding its portfolio of mid-life assets throughout 2025.
DAE’s Aircraft Investor Services (AIS) division is an experienced aircraft asset manager, overseeing a portfolio of more than 100 aircraft worth USD 4B as of the end of 2024. AIS serves as the asset manager on fourteen servicing and management agreements for institutional and financial investors, including seven structured aircraft portfolio transactions.
