Delta World Charter (DWC), a private charter corporation, recorded a revenue of more than $26 million in the first quarter of 2022. According to the corporation, this rise was accomplished despite difficult market conditions such as a pandemic-induced economic recovery, changing energy prices, and geopolitical uncertainty caused by the Russia-Ukraine issue.
During the pandemic, DWC carried stranded tourists as well as millions of pieces of PPE, masks, and supplies to communities all over the world. Last year, it was also one of the first air charter businesses to send planes for people evacuation in Kabul.
In the first quarter of this year, the charter company delivered one million kilograms worth of medical supplies from Asia to North America. It also witnessed a significant increase in inquiries and bookings for leisure travel for summer and fall and numerous requests for air freight charters received by its cargo division.
Driven by the growing demand for private and cargo charter services in the region, DWC is expanding its team and has moved its corporate headquarters to a new office in the Dubai Airport Freezone.

We expect a rise in demand for business flights and an increased number of first-time private fliers as they look for safer and more reliable flight solutions. Korshunov added that as the number of high-net-worth individuals in the region continues to grow, the company was poised to deliver bespoke services tailored to the requirements of corporates, VIPs, government officials, and other individuals. “We look forward to further expanding our operations in this market, as new business opportunities emerge. We remain equally committed to servicing the growing market for cargo operations, including emergency medical services and equipment supplies,” he stated.
