DAMAC Properties, a leading UAE real estate developer, has announced its first venture into Ras Al Khaimah with the launch of Shoreline by DAMAC, located on Al Marjan Island. This project is the company’s inaugural development in the emirate.
Shoreline by DAMAC, situated on Island 4, will offer a selection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes, all with direct access to the beach. The development is in collaboration with Vincent Faudemer’s BABOLEX luxury collection, following their successful partnership on the Coral Reef by DAMAC project in Dubai.
“We are excited to extend our expertise and dedication to luxury and excellence to Ras Al Khaimah, an emirate rapidly emerging as a premier destination for residents, holiday homeowners, and investors. Shoreline by DAMAC is more than just a residential project; it embodies the aspirations of the UAE’s evolving population. Its prime waterfront location, near some of the region’s most attractive destinations, coupled with our exclusive architectural design and collaboration with BABOLEX, creates innovative, art-inspired living spaces that offer both comfort and sophistication,” said Mohammed Tahaineh, General Manager of Projects at DAMAC, in a statement.
The project will provide residents with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and a variety of amenities, including landscaped gardens, fitness centres, running tracks, swimming pools, wellness areas, and a sunset bar featuring floating cabanas.
DAMAC’s expansion into Ras Al Khaimah reflects the emirate’s growing appeal among expatriates and investors. The 2023 Expat City Ranking recognised Ras Al Khaimah as the fourth-best city globally for expatriates to live and work.
The launch of Shoreline by DAMAC represents a key milestone for the company, which has been a major player in the Middle East’s luxury real estate market since 2002.
