Chelsea Football Club has today confirmed a new long-term global partnership with Dubai-based DAMAC Properties, which will become the club’s Official Property Development Partner. DAMAC’s branding will also appear on the front of Chelsea FC’s shirt for the remainder of the season.
DAMAC Properties has long been a leader in the luxury property sector across the Middle East. In collaboration with Chelsea FC, the company is designing and launching an ultra-modern development in Dubai – Chelsea Residences by DAMAC – the first football-themed, branded residence of its kind.
This upcoming development will incorporate the Chelsea FC identity throughout, from concierge services to high-performance facilities. It will embody the club’s signature blend of style, ambition, and forward-thinking values.
To mark this landmark global partnership and the introduction of the first Chelsea Football Club-branded residences, DAMAC Properties will be featured on both the men’s and women’s Chelsea FC shirts for the rest of the 2024/25 season. The branding will make its debut during the UEFA Conference League semi-final against Djurgarden this Thursday.
