The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) has revoked the licence of Dynamics Insurance Brokers under Article 22 (2) of the Insurance Authority Board of Directors Resolution No. 15 of 2013, which governs insurance brokerage regulations.
The decision follows an investigation by the CBUAE, which found that Dynamics Insurance Brokers had failed to meet the licensing terms set by the Central Bank and other regulatory requirements. The examination revealed non-compliance, prompting the regulator to take decisive action.
As part of its mandate, the CBUAE ensures that all insurance firms and related entities adhere to UAE laws and regulatory standards. By enforcing compliance, the Central Bank upholds transparency and integrity within the insurance sector and strengthens the resilience of the UAE’s financial system.
