As Dubai’s Ruler, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, and Prime Minister, has issued Decree No. (14) of 2024, appointing new members to The Executive Council of Dubai (TEC) led by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has outlined that the recently enacted Federal Law No. 57 of 2023, addressing pension and social security matters, is applicable to Emirati employees initially hired on or after October 31, 2023, in federal, government, or private sector establishments across Dubai, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Um Al Quwain. Additionally, it covers private sector workers in Sharjah.
