Burjeel Holdings, the ADX-listed provider of advanced healthcare services based in Abu Dhabi, has broadened its presence in Saudi Arabia through the complete acquisition of PhysioTrio Physiotherapy Center in Riyadh.
The acquisition, carried out via its subsidiary Burjeel Arabia, underscores the group’s strategic focus on enhancing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services within the Kingdom.
Founded in 2013, PhysioTrio has earned a reputation for delivering quality patient care and operational excellence, attracting high patient volumes. The centre will now operate under the umbrella of Burjeel’s PhysioTherabia network—the largest physiotherapy and wellness provider in Saudi Arabia.
PhysioTrio is a state-of-the-art facility with a particular emphasis on sports rehabilitation. Its portfolio includes notable partnerships, such as agreements with the Ministry of Sport, enabling Burjeel to deliver specialised rehabilitation solutions to athletes and fitness-focused individuals across the Kingdom.
As a recognised leader in the fields of sports rehabilitation and wellness, PhysioTherabia will enable the Riyadh facility to expand its offerings, optimise efficiencies, and more effectively respond to community healthcare needs. Integration into the network will also provide access to unified clinical protocols, AI-powered diagnostic tools, and standardised training modules.
