President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today received calls from a number of Arab leaders congratulating him on the new leadership appointments.
Several Arab leaders, including His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Egypt’s President Abdul Fattah el-Sisi, Syria’s President Bashar Al Assad, and Mauritania’s President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, contacted the UAE president to congratulate him on his new leadership appointments. Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister of Bahrain, also sent his congratulations.
The leaders expressed their hopes for the success of the newly appointed officials in serving the UAE’s people and driving the country’s progress and prosperity. They also reaffirmed the strong historical bonds that unite their nations with the UAE, according to WAM.
