Aldar Properties has announced the sale of over 660 units at its Verdes by Haven development in Dubai within 72 hours of launching. The apartment complex is part of Aldar’s first Dubai project in collaboration with Dubai Holding under the Haven by Aldar masterplan.
Sales events held at Dubai World Trade Centre, Aldar Square in Abu Dhabi, and an international roadshow have collectively generated more than AED1 billion.
International buyers and expatriates comprised 83 percent of the purchasers, with Indian, Egyptian, and British nationals leading the international market. UAE nationals made up the remaining 17 percent.
Among the buyers, 28 percent were female and 72 percent male, with 56 percent under the age of 45. First-time buyers of Aldar properties accounted for 88 percent of the sales.
Verdes by Haven is described as a community that integrates nature and wellness with modern living. Overlooking the Al Habtoor Polo Club, the development features co-working spaces and a gym equipped with a spa room.
Construction is scheduled to commence in Q1 2025.
