Abu Dhabi’s Aldar Properties has revealed plans for a new residential community in Dubai centred on wellness and healthy living.
Named Verdes by Haven, it will be part of Aldar’s larger Haven master plan upon completion.
According to the property developer, Verdes by Haven will offer residents “a retreat from everyday life in a resort-like setting.” A stream and lush landscaping will wind through the development, which will also feature co-working spaces and a gym with spa facilities, as stated in an emailed announcement on Monday.
Prices for Verdes by Haven apartments in Dubai start at AED990,000/.
The apartments, which come in one, two, and three-bedroom options, will have views of the Al Habtoor Polo Club and central parkland. Prices start from AED990,000 when public sales open on 11 July 2024.
Aldar developed Verdes by Haven in collaboration with Dubai Holding. The site is conveniently located near major transport routes and provides access to areas such as Downtown Dubai.
On-site amenities for residents will include yoga, Pilates, cooking classes, and round-the-clock maintenance support, among many others.
The wider Haven development also includes outdoor spaces and facilities to promote active lifestyles.
It has achieved the Fitwel health rating and is targeting LEED Gold certification for its sustainability focus.
