Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State, has led the delegation from the United Arab Emirates participating in the 160th session of the Ministerial Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC), held today in the Qatari capital, Doha.
The concluding statement issued by the 160th session of the GCC Ministerial Council encompassed the latest advancements in collective Gulf endeavours and shifts in regional and global political landscapes.
The statement also highlighted the enhancement of collaborations with other nations, and the continual fostering of communication and strategic ties among GCC member states and regional as well as international entities.
On the sidelines of the ministerial gathering, separate joint ministerial meetings were conducted with the Republic of Yemen and the Republic of Turkey, where discussions centred on cooperation and bolstering coordination. Moreover, exchanges of perspectives on regional and international developments occurred within the scope of strategic dialogue.
