Before joining Al-Futtaim, Atallah served in top leadership roles at some of the region’s most influential developers, including Group CEO at Nakheel, CEO at Piramal Realty, Dubai Properties, and senior positions at Emaar, Qatari Diar, and Solidere. His leadership consistently reflects an ability to transform vision into reality, delivering large-scale developments, enhancing operational performance, and amplifying customer value.
An engineer by training, Atallah holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France. His strategic acumen has also extended to governance, with roles on investment committees and boards across Europe, the GCC, and North Africa, including Qatari Diar Istanbul, Ajdan in Saudi Arabia, Emaar Lebanon, and the Misk Foundation’s real estate division in Saudi Arabia.
