H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has given his approval for the Ajman Government’s general budget for 2025, amounting to AED 3.7B.
Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi intends this decision to strengthen the emirate’s development plans, improve residents’ quality of life, address public needs, and further establish Ajman as a leading destination for living, working, and tourism.
The budget gives priority to community development, public safety, infrastructure upgrades, community facilities, economic expansion, investment attraction, environmental conservation, sustainability initiatives, and enhancing government services. It also supports the ongoing digital transformation to benefit citizens, residents, and visitors.
The approach aligns with Ajman Vision 2030, which focuses on preparing for the future, building capacity to overcome challenges and seize opportunities, developing a robust institutional framework, adopting innovative technologies, ensuring a skilled workforce, and creating a sustainable future in economic, social, and environmental areas, all of which contribute to improving quality of life and community happiness.
The 2025 budget’s goals include upgrading digital systems, creating an advanced digital government to spur economic development, and improving customer service. It also supports the expansion of road networks, parks, and green areas, encourages sustainable building practices, and fosters the growth of community and cultural activities.
