The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with five leading technology companies to accelerate the use of blockchain technology across the emirate’s real estate sector.
The agreement brings together the Technology Innovation Institute, VentureOne, Finstreet Limited, ADI DLT Foundation, and Advanced Real Estate Services in a collective effort to enhance transparency, efficiency, and security in property transactions and related operations.
Each organisation will continue to operate independently while contributing its expertise, technology, and resources to collaborative projects that drive the digital transformation of Abu Dhabi’s real estate industry.
This partnership aligns with Abu Dhabi’s broader economic vision of leveraging strategic technologies to create long-term value and impact across key sectors.
Eng. Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director-General of ADREC, said, “This strategic partnership marks a major milestone in positioning Abu Dhabi as a global leader in real estate innovation. By embracing blockchain technology, we are establishing a framework for transparent, efficient, and secure property transactions, benefiting investors, residents, and the wider ecosystem.”
