AD Ports Group and MBME Group have entered into a framework agreement to jointly explore advancements in financial technology and digital trade solutions. Initial areas of focus include goods tracking, digital payment systems, regulatory compliance tools, electronic signatures, onboarding processes, and whistleblowing platforms.
The collaboration will allow both entities to examine fintech and TradeTech solutions tailored for domestic and international markets. The goal is to enhance AD Ports Group’s global trade and logistics operations while strengthening MBME Group’s portfolio of fintech services.

He added that integrating MBME’s fintech expertise with AD Ports Group’s TradeTech capabilities and global presence would unlock efficiencies and offer impactful, sustainable solutions that redefine industry standards.
MBME Group, a UAE-based technology service provider, operates over 4,000 smart touchpoints and serves more than 3.2 million users across its fintech ecosystem, including MBME Pay and MBME Wow Pay.

The partnership will also evaluate AD Ports Group’s existing digital systems, such as unified traceability solutions that verify data points like origin, shipment validation, route tracking, ESG reporting, and compliance with customs and tax regulations.
