Noatum Logistics, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group, has announced the acquisition of 152 long-haul transport trucks to strengthen its freight forwarding operations in the Middle East.
This fleet expansion reflects Noatum Logistics’ strong growth trajectory and its strategic focus on managing regional supply chains for customers, while also advancing its commitment to environmental sustainability.
The new trucks will increase Noatum Logistics’ regional transport capacity by 6,000 tonnes, growing its fleet from around 450 vehicles to over 600.
The vehicles will support customers across key sectors, including energy, polymers, food and FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and defence. They can handle containerised, reefer, and loose cargo.
The acquisition also supports the company’s sustainability objectives by improving fuel efficiency and reducing Nitrogen Oxide and particulate emissions through their Euro 5 diesel engines. It aligns with Noatum Logistics’ commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
Samir Chaturvedi, CEO of Noatum Logistics, AD Ports Group, stated, “At Noatum Logistics, we place the customer at the centre of everything we do. Expanding our regional fleet with more efficient and sustainable solutions is not only an investment in our operations—it’s an investment in our customers. Beyond increasing capacity, our growing presence in the Middle East also expands Noatum Logistics’ network across 26 countries, allowing us to manage regional supply chains seamlessly while connecting customers to all major global markets and trade routes.”
Noatum Logistics expects to complete the delivery by the end of Q2 2025. The new trucks will integrate into the company’s advanced Control Tower telematics system, a centralised platform that uses GPS and onboard diagnostics to monitor driver behaviour and manage vehicle movements in real-time.
