Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, arrived in New Delhi for an official visit to India. Piyush Goyal, India’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, welcomed him with a red-carpet reception.
This visit marks Sheikh Khaled’s first to India as the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Upon arrival, he reviewed a ceremonial guard of honour and witnessed a traditional cultural performance celebrating India’s heritage.
The Crown Prince is accompanied by a delegation that includes key UAE figures such as Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technologies; Reem Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, Minister of Investment; Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, and other top officials.
During his visit, Sheikh Khaled will meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and engage in high-level talks with Indian officials to strengthen cooperation in critical economic sectors. The discussions will build on the strong ties already established between the two nations, focusing on enhancing collaboration for mutual benefit.
Additionally, Sheikh Khaled will participate in events that underscore the deep economic and cultural connections between India and the UAE, further highlighting the importance of this strategic relationship.
