Ravi Menon is the Chairman of Sobha Group, a position he assumed in November 2024, succeeding the group’s founder PNC Menon, who remains active as the Founder and continues guiding the group’s subsidiaries. He joined Sobha Limited in India in 2004 as a Director before becoming Vice Chairman and later Chairman of Sobha Limited India, then Co-Chairman of Sobha Group in Dubai.
A civil engineering graduate with honors from Purdue University, USA, Ravi combines technical expertise with deep understanding of real estate markets in the Middle East and India. Under his leadership, Sobha has emerged as a global luxury real estate developer with a distinctive “Backward Integration” Model controlling everything from design and manufacturing to delivery, ensuring superior quality and timelines.
Sobha Group operates across 13 subsidiaries, including architectural, construction, landscaping, furniture, and energy solutions companies, securing its position as a one-of-a-kind integrated developer, which is also the subject of a Harvard Business School case study.
Its projects span the UAE, and India, with ongoing expansions including the first masterplan development planned in Texas, USA and Australia in 2025.
