7X has officially introduced its National Network for Logistics (NXN) during the 28th Universal Postal Congress in Dubai. Designed as a hybrid physical-digital infrastructure, NXN brings together local and international service providers to create a seamless platform for sending, receiving and storing parcels. The initiative offers businesses, individuals and the eCommerce sector a unified experience that streamlines logistics across the UAE.
The launch reflects the nation’s vision to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen its role as a global trade and logistics hub. With over 87 branches, more than 1,000 out-of-home locations and smart lockers, NXN provides same-day and next-day delivery options along with flexible pick-up points. Customers benefit from one unified service standard across both physical and digital channels.
Strategic Vision and Partnerships
NXN operates under Waslah, a digital logistics platform aggregator, and integrates with WAYN, the UAE’s Digital P.O. Box. This combination ensures accurate addressing, trusted deliveries and enhanced eCommerce fulfilment. The network also introduces dark-store services, making logistics more efficient for SMEs and online businesses.
