The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) announced that it facilitated more than 7.2 million digital transactions during the first half of 2025, reflecting the authority’s accelerating momentum toward comprehensive digital transformation.
Multi-Platform Digital Engagement
DEWA’s digital service channels saw widespread usage, with:
- 1.1 million transactions completed through its official website

These figures helped DEWA achieve an exceptional digital service adoption rate of 99.5%, positioning it among the region’s leading digital-first public service entities.
Strategic Collaborations and Integration Projects
By the end of June 2025, DEWA had also concluded over 100 digital integration projects with 65 government and private sector organisations, further streamlining services and boosting operational connectivity.
